HOW LONG WILL BE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of your purchase. It is subject to change based on the nature of production and heavy volumes of orders.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO AMEND SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?

We can not amend the shipping address once the order is placed unless it is a spelling error. We will honour with-holding the stock for a maximum of 2 weeks and cancel the order to allow you to purchase the item again. The refund for the order will then be processed and instant if purchased by Paypal or Apple Pay but for a credit/debit cared it will take 10 days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you an email notification with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Due to the shipments being DAP (delivery at place), it is your responsibility to pay any import duties or charges for delivery. Once the parcel reaches its destination county, the import duties will be charged. Unfortuantely BAD HABITS has no control over the charges and cannot tell you what the charge will be as customs vary per country. Pls note even if the parcel is refused based on high import duties or taxes, customers take full liability of all shiipment cost and customs charges.
